Encircle East Africa Travel will be referred to as EEAT from here forth.
PAYMENT POLICY & RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS, & FINAL PAYMENT:
a. A 30% deposit is payable for booking confirmation.
b. The balance (70%) is to be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival date.
c. All payments to be done through a WIRE TRANSFER to the Encircle East Africa Travel account.
d. EEAT will confirm receipt of payment once the transfer has been successful.
To reserve a space on this program, a non-refundable30% deposit is required per person. Or per group and the final payment, payable, 90 -60 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to EEAT from the participant. Should you have to cancel, the following terms will apply: Reservation fee 30% is non-refundable. Cancellations received 90 to 61 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour price. Reservation cancellations received 60 to 45 days prior to departure: 65% of the tour price. Reservation cancellations received 45 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour price.
We recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy to cover cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
COST INCLUSIONS: Accommodations are based on shared occupancy; airport transfers, meals as noted in itinerary;farewell lunch or dinner; all park fees and excursions asnoted in the itinerary; land transportation in a safarivehicle with complimentary bottled water; predepartureinformation; services of professional safariguides and driver
PROGRAM COST EXCLUSIONS: International airfareand related fees; meals and expenses en route toTanzania; fees for passports, visas, or immunizations;personal items such as laundry, faxes, telephone calls,beverages not mentioned above as included, excessbaggage charges, medical expenses, trip cancellationinsurance; deviations from the scheduled tour;individual transfers for those passengers not usingrecommended flights.
INSURANCE: We highly recommend the purchase oftrip cancellation insurance to cover unexpected tripinterruptions, cancellations, and lost baggage. Neither the EEAT nor our representatives, employeesand agents, will take responsibility for any costs, lossesincurred or suffered by the guest, or guests’dependents or traveling companions, with regards to,but not limited to, cancellation or curtailment of thetour, emergency evacuation expenses, medicalexpenses, repatriation expenses, damage/theft/loss ofpersonal baggage, money and goods. Nor do weaccept liability for any airline cancellation penaltyincurred by the purchase of a non-refundable airlineticket or other expenses incurred by tour participants inpreparing for the tour.
AIR ARRANGEMENTS: International airfare is notincluded in the program cost. EEAT canassist you with your air arrangements. Neither EEAT norits representativesaccept the liability for any airline cancellation penaltyincurred by the purchase of a non-refundable airlineticket. The air ticket when issued shall constitute thesole contract between the passengerand the airlineconcerned.
WHAT TO EXPECT / PHYSICAL HEALTH: Werequest that you be in fairly good health to participatein aEEAT Tours. It is essential that persons with any medicalissues and/or dietary restrictions make them known tous well before departure. Any impairments regardingmobility must be disclosed to us prior to booking.There is a reasonable amount of walking, and you mustbe able to get on and off safarivehicles on your own. Ifyou require the use of awheelchair or have other personal needs, you must beaccompanied by a companion who will assist you. Wereserve the right to remove anyone whose physical ormental condition, in our opinion, compromises theoperation of the tour or detracts from the enjoyment orsafety of the other passengers. In that event, EEAT and itsrepresentatives assume no financial responsibility for anyunused portion of the tour. We cancounsel participantson whether a trip is appropriate for them.Participants with medical issues and/or dietaryrestrictions must make them known to us well beforedeparture, and impairments regarding mobility must bedisclosed prior to booking. If you have any questionsabout the level of activity of this program or your abilityto participate, please advise EEAT accordingly.
CHANGES IN ITINERARY, PROGRAM ANDCOSTS: The itinerary is subject to change at thediscretion of EEAT and its local representatives. We reserve the right to change programswhere necessary, staff (including local guides*), itineraries, oraccommodations as conditions warrant. Deviations instigated by the individual fromthe scheduled itinerary are at the expense of theindividual. All prices quoted are based on prevailing fuelprices, currency exchange rates in effect asof 3rd November 2020 and are subject to change.
RESPONSIBILITY: EEAT, its local representatives andemployees act only as agents for the variousindependent suppliers and contractors providingtransportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants, andother services connected with this tour. Such travel andservices are subject to the terms and conditions underwhich such accommodations, services, andtransportation are offered or provided, and EEAT anditslocal representatives andtheir respective, employees, agents, representatives,and assigns accept no liability, therefore. EEAT, assumes no liability for any injury,damage, loss, accident, delay, or other irregularitywhich may be caused by the defect of any aircraft orvehicle or the negligence or default of any company orperson engaged in carrying out or performing any ofthe services involved. Additionally, responsibility is notaccepted for losses, injury, damages, or expenses ofany kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, local laws,hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature or othersuch causes. All services and accommodations aresubject to the laws of the country in which they areprovided. EEAT and its representatives reserve theright to make changes in the published itinerarywhenever, in their sole judgment, conditions warrant,or if they deem it necessary for the comfort,convenience or safety of the tour participants. Theyreserve the right to withdraw this tour without penalty.The right is also reserved to decline to accept or retainany person as a member of the tour, or to substituteanother qualified guide. Baggage andpersonal effects are always the sole responsibility of the owners.The price of the program is givenin good faith based on current tariffs and rates and issubject to change. Any tariff, or exchange ratewill be passed onto participants.

GUEST REPRESENTATION AND CONSENT
The person making any booking with EEAT warrants that he or she has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of all other persons included in such a booking and in the event of the failure of any or all of the other persons so included to make payment, the person
making the booking shall by his/her signature thereof assume personal liability of the total price of all bookings made by him/her. The payment of the deposit or any other partial payment for a reservation on a tour constitutes a consent by all guests covered by that payment to all provisions of the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

It is our aim that you will not encounter any problems during your tour. However, should a problem arise, please advise the tour leader accompanying you or the supplier of the service immediately as most problems can be resolved straight away. In the event that you remain dissatisfied please write to EEAT detailing the complaint within 20 days of the end of the tour. We regret that we cannot accept any responsibility for any complaints which are not notified to us within this time period.
By booking and paying a deposit (and thereafter full tour price) of a safari with EEAT , you are deemed to have accepted these liability, insurance and other clauses outlined above and are also deemed to have understood and accepted all of these booking conditions.
