Encircle East Africa Travel will be referred to as EEAT from here forth.


refundable 20% deposit is payable for booking confirmation. b. The balance (80%) is to be paid at least 90 days prior to the arrival date. c. All payments are to be done through a WIRE TRANSFER to the Encircle East Africa Travel account. d. EEAT will confirm receipt of payment once the transfer has been successfully processed. To reserve a space on this program, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required per person or per group, with the final payment due 90 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to EEAT from the participant. Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Reservation fee of 20% is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations received 90 to 61 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour
  • Reservation cancellations received 61 to 40 days prior to departure: 70% of the tour price.
  • Reservation cancellations received 39 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour price. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

COST INCLUSIONS: Accommodations based on shared occupancy, airport transfers, specified meals, farewell lunch or dinner, park fees, excursions as per the itinerary, land transportation in a safari vehicle with complimentary bottled water, predeparture information, and services of professional safari guides and driver.

PROGRAM COST EXCLUSIONS: International airfare, related fees, meals and expenses en route to Tanzania, passport/visa/immunization fees, personal items, excess baggage charges, medical expenses, trip cancellation insurance, deviations from the scheduled tour, and individual transfers for passengers not using recommended flights.


INSURANCE: We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to cover unexpected interruptions, cancellations, and lost baggage. EEAT and its representatives do not take responsibility for costs or losses incurred due to various reasons.

AIR ARRANGEMENTS: International airfare is not included. EEAT can assist with arrangements, but neither EEAT nor its representatives accept liability for airline cancellation penalties. The air ticket, when issued, constitutes the sole contract between the passenger and the airline.

WHAT TO EXPECT / PHYSICAL HEALTH: Participants are expected to be in fairly good health. Medical issues, dietary restrictions, and mobility impairments must be disclosed before departure. EEAT reserves the right to remove participants compromising the tour's operation. Participants must disclose impairments regarding mobility before booking.

CHANGES IN ITINERARY, PROGRAM AND COSTS: The itinerary is subject to change at EEAT's discretion. Changes in programs, staff, itineraries, or accommodations may occur. Prices are based on prevailing fuel prices, currency exchange rates as of November 3, 2021, and are subject to change.

RESPONSIBILITY: EEAT and its representatives act as agents for independent suppliers. They assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accidents, delays, or irregularities. Responsibility is not accepted for losses due to various causes. EEAT reserves the right to make changes for comfort, convenience, or safety.

APPEARING IN PHOTOS: Photos from EEAT trips may be posted on photo- sharing websites and social media.

GUEST REPRESENTATION AND CONSENT: The person making any booking with EEAT warrants authority to enter into a contract for all included persons.

Failure to make payment assumes personal liability. Payment constitutes consent to all terms and conditions.

COMPLAINTS: Immediate notification of problems is required. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 20 days of the tour's end. EEAT regrets not accepting responsibility for complaints not notified within this time frame.

By booking and paying, clients accept the outlined liability, insurance, and other clauses. Clients are deemed to have understood and accepted all booking conditions.
